With the price of DSLR cameras reaching a just about affordable level, the world of photography has become more accessible to us all. If you have a DSLR or are thinking about getting one, these cameras are a great tool for creating stunning photography. The easy to use automatic settings can produce excellent results, however the real fun and creativity begins when you finally take control of what is essentially a professional piece of kit.
The aim of this workshop is to give you a good basic knowledge of photography to the point where you will be confident in using a camera in the various creative settings including the full manual setting. We will go through the various settings in a relaxed step by step way, taking plenty of images as we go.
This workshop is designed to be relevant for all cameras that can be set up to shoot manually, including the latest mirrorless systems.
All course materials are supplied. All you will need to bring is your camera with a lens, a fully charged battery and an empty memory card.
If you don’t have a camera yet, we will be more than happy to kit you out for the duration of workshop.
There is a maximum of six participants per workshop.
